Ab Wheel
Realizing that Bobb's Second Annual Tailgating Party Part Deux II is only 155 days away, I knew I had to get to work on my abs soon to be ready for this great day of feasting. I had been doing around 200-300 crunches per day to no avail. Three days ago I went to Wal-Mart and for less than $10 I purchased the Ab Wheel. It is basically the same thing as the Track, only about 1/20 of the price and portable. It is close to the Ab Slider, but much cheaper. The difference here is the lack of the spring assistance that the Ab Slider provides, meaning the Ab Roller is harder to do and therefore works it better. Come May, I'll begin working on my tan for the event, but the Ab Work comes on now, and for the first time in a long time, I feel that there is hope. Bofre, the princess of Canada
