I never am quite sure what to make of him. Sometimes he is funny, but sometimes he supports al gore. I hate al gore. If I could, I would make al gore the president of west palm beach, then declare war on them, and blow them all to hell and hang up good ole al and tipper at the gas station just like they did to mussolini. (I am in no way condoning the assasination of any political leaders, just thought I would put a disclaimer. Don't want an incident like tim had with kolvard.) Anyways, although todd is a little mislead from time to time, he is still very gullable, especially when he hangs out with donny. Donny is quite gay. But todd is usually ok. So, in the end, even though todd has his quirks, i say if you get the chance talk to him, and maybe even give him a hug. Rickert likes hugs.
